Introduction

WESTGA ("the App") is a fuel-price discovery application for Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the App's services:

• Account information: Name, phone number, and/or email address collected during sign-up. Used for authentication, station ownership management, and communicating ownership request status.
• Station data: Fuel prices, station names, locations, and brand information are publicly visible to all users.
• Notification preferences: Your notification settings are stored locally on your device.

Location Data

When you grant location permission, the App uses your device's GPS to sort stations by distance from your position. Location data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Authentication

WESTGA supports sign-in via Facebook, Apple, and email/password. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
